Here we are in the Good Old Days, c.470 BC, at a Greek symposium (banquet) in Paestum (now Italy). Two amorous symposiasts with laurel garlands recline on a couch in this Greek style fresco, conversing and gesturing while two kilikes (shallow cups) of wine await on the table. The color scheme is Minoan. No masks, great abs....

The older man's right hand is either caressing the lovely curls of his younger friend or perhaps flashing a gang sign. The younger man seems smitten enough to have neglected his lyre. Love is Love!
